The Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion and Sensitizer Kit makes it easy to create professional-quality, photographic-style screen printing stencils without expensive equipment or a darkroom. Designed for use with polyester screen fabrics, the emulsion is compatible with both water-based and solvent-based inks and can be easily removed, allowing screens to be reused.

The kit includes 26 oz of Diazo Photo Emulsion and 8.85 g of Diazo Sensitizer. To prepare, fill the Sensitizer bottle approximately three-quarters full with cold water and mix thoroughly. Add the entire contents to the Diazo Photo Emulsion bottle and stir until the mixture turns a grassy green color.
