Ready to take your block carving skills to the next level? In Block Carving Level 2, returning instructor Fern Salvaggio will show you how to carve mounted linoleum blocks with finer line work and nuanced technique.
This class is all about taking the next step––unpacking more detail in your imagery on the same work surface the professionals use. Additionally, this class will explore how color can enhance narrative and create more visual impact.
Fern Salvaggio has a BFA in printmaking and digital art and has spent over a decade teaching and pursuing their own creative practice. Attendees will not only enjoy special access to resources provided by Bloomington Fine Art Supply, but will receive a supply kit to continue practicing at home.
Cost of admission includes all supplies and a take-home kit. Additionally, guests will receive 10% off any purchases made while on-site for class.
