Cancellation Policy

Weaponry Not Permitted Weapons of any kind, regardless of age, decommission, or deactivation status, are not permitted as photo props. Pets Due to the presence of hazardous chemicals and delicate equipment utilized in the tintype process, pets are not permitted on-site for inclusion in portraits. Age Guidelines While tintypes only require momentary exposure to capture an image, blurring can occur if subjects are not able to remain still for 3-5 seconds. If you are considering incorporating children into your portrait, it's important to realistically evaluate their willingness/ability to remain still for this short period of time. Retake sessions will not be offered. Cancellation Clients may cancel their booking up to one week before the scheduled session date without penalty. Cancellations made less than one week before the session are nonrefundable. Arrivals Guests/parties are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. The timeslot you have booked indicates the time your session begins. Please plan to be on-site a few minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time. Individuals/groups who arrive 10 minutes or more past the session start time will forfeit their session without refund. Image Delivery Tintypes will be developed on-site, immediately after the image is captured. The physical plate will ready for pickup at Bloomington Fine Art Supply on Thursday, Oct. 31. Upon pickup, guests will also receive a digital copy of their image. By booking a session, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
