Our Basic Rental option provides only the essentials for a budget-friendly rate! Below, you'll find all the details on what's included.

Basic Rental Overview

✦ $30 for the first hour, paid at the time of booking to reserve your date + time

✦ $15 per additional hour

✦ Basic Rentals allow for up to 10 guests (including the booking client) during the reservation period.

✦ For gatherings exceeding
10 guests, please review our Private Event options.

✦ Basic Rentals may be scheduled on weekdays within operating hours.

✦ For weekend bookings or timeslots outside of operating hours, please review our Private Event options.

✦ Groups on-site for a Basic Rental may bring their own packed lunches or a tray of light refreshments for sharing, and soft drinks.

✦ Alcohol is not permitted for Basic Rentals

✔ Complimentary parking (first-come, first-served)

✔ Spacious, power-equipped worktables

✔ Extra countertop space for ease of setup

✔ Free Wi-Fi

✔ Fully accessible restrooms

✔ Flex time: 15 minutes before/after reservation

✔ 10% shopping discount for booking client while on-site
